Neale Jackson and Grant Graham of Calibre Partners (formerly KordaMentha) are the appointed liquidators.
No new investments in to the Forestlands companies can be accepted.
Notice to all shareholders
A first interim distribution has now been paid to shareholders from the liquidations.The liquidators ask any shareholder who has not already completed a shareholder confirmation form to please email forestlands@calibrepartners.co.nz with the subject line "Shareholder confirmation form request". Please provide your full name, address, phone number and copies of your share certificates (or the number of shares held in each Forestlands company if you do not have your share certificates).
The liquidators are currently making catch-up payments to shareholders once they have provided a completed confirmation form and all other required supporting documentation.
